Which Hamms' Beer Motion Sign was made first?

Found a vintage wall hanging lighted Hamm's scene o rama beer sign, and am curious if anyone may happen to know which of the two signs were made first. I have seen on the sign, " On Tap" the other "Hamm's Beer". Note: both of the motion signs underneath has Land of sky blue waters Mine does not have the on Tap one and wondering if I may have one of the earlier ones made.
