help! sony vaio vgc-lt2s home system wont turn on!?

i turned my computer off and when i turned it back on, it wont turn up!
a screen shows up that something's wrong, and i've tried to open in 'safe mode' and all the modes offered, but it wont actually turn on.
i know for a fact there isnt a virus or something...
and it says to put in a 'recovery disk' and reboot the computer...but the system never came with a recovery disk....
it turns ON but the error page shows up... HELPP.

did your computer come with a windows cd? its asked for a recovery disk which you make yourself but if you have the windows cd put in and restat and press a key to boot from cd. follow instructions delete partition by pressing d another screen will show up asking if your sure press L and then pick the hard drive that has jus been cleared and install your new clean copy of windows
