How can I have a different desktop and Start Menu for each user account on Windows XP Home SP2?

If I delete an icon off of one desktop, it is gone for all users. I want seperate users to have seperate desktops and Start Menus.

You'll have to create individual user accounts. This way what one user does won't affect the other.

Go to your Start menu, select Control Panel and then select User Accounts. You can set up each user with different levels of access and their own passwords. When you reboot your machine each user will be listed with an icon. If you install software under your user name other users will not be able to access the program. Anything you want to be able to share with other users should be installed under the Admin logon and each user will have to have the same level of access.

Once you're at your desktop you'll use "start", then "log off", then "switch user" to let someone else access their own personal desktop.
