It also comes with one year warranty with spare parts and service.

i need help with my modem i just started playing online with ps2 and it worked good for two days when i connect my cable modem again the ready light constantly flashes i have 7 lights on my modem:1.power 2.usb 3.enet 4.send 5.recv 6.sync 7.ready. when my modem is on sync is solid and the ready light just keeps flashing and the rest of the other lights are off accept power

have you tried unplugging the modem from the power, waiting 30s and replugging it in?

Cable modems are little weird
they remember the last MAC address and will only "connect" with that until you "reset" it
