New Phone Issues.....Help!?

Hey so I have had a Tracfone for the last few years and I ran out of minutes a few days ago and my phone just broke. I want to get a monthly plan but I dont know which one. I need AT LEAST 200 minutes per month, Unlimited Texting and a really cool/great phone with a camera and MP3 player. The monthly service needs to be less than $55.00 per month with tax. If you could recommend a company and a good phone it would greatly be appreciated.
Also, I really don't want to pay an activation fee.
If you can also recommend a place/website to purchase the phone and plan, that would be great!
