The Evolution of Multiplayer Gaming

Long time gamers will remember the multiplayer games in the 70s and 80s. If you wanted to play with a friend, both of you would be sharing the same computer and keyboard and looking at the same tiny screen. How times have changed!

With the popularity of the first person shooters and broadband internet in the 90s, multiplayer games changed dramatically. The monthly fee also meant that most of us couldn't afford to play more than one game at a time.

Now we see the emergence of what is known as Multiplayer Browser Games. These games are usually free and are played from your web browser and don't require any additional files to be installed to your computer. Besides being free, the advantage of these addictive games is that they don't require frequent upgrades to your computer and can be played anywhere anytime, so long as you have access to the internet. This means that you can even play from your office so long as your boss is not looking! Since they are free, most of us play more than one game at a time. Some of the more popular games, such as Mafia Wars, have millions of players all over the world.

After reinstalling a windows how many drivers would i need to install ?

So i'm about to reinstall my windows 7 home premium to Windows 7 ultima so how many drivers would be lost and i would need to install i can install the graphic card drivers i have done it many times but stuff like sound drivers or mouse or keyboard drivers i have never done that

If your computer was already a win7 home premium from what you bought. You will not have to look up any new drivers. But if it's been upgraded from Vista > Win7, then the same answer you wouldn't have to find any. But the drivers you may really need are ethernet and sound. Usually the rest are there for you.
