Paris theme teen bedroom?

I am decorating my room in Paris and I have everything except the bedspread. I have black and white pictures of place sin Paris to hang on the wall. An Eiffel tower lamp and tons of Accessories, but I haven't been able to find a black and white Paris theme bedspread. The walls are pink and everything else black and white.
