Can I run an Ultra-320 SCSI hard drive with an Ultra-160 68 pin SCSI controller without problems?

My desktop currently has 3 SCSI hard drives running with an Ultra-160 capable motherboard. I want to get rid of those and upgrade to just one or two bigger drives. Problem is, it's hard to find a 68-pin Ultra-160 HDD, but the U320s seem to be relatively easy to get ahold of.

An UltraSCSI 320 device should be backwards compatible with an Ultra 160 interface. Watch that the connectors are compatible however, a SCA 80-pin connector is not compatible with a 68 pin connector.
