Yes and No, but here's why "I" think so:

Operating System: it's 64-bit, way to go! No use in anything else now-a-days due to 32-bit memory restrictions.

Processor: Perfect. I'd choose none other, at least until some omnipotent Tech-Guru explains the need for quad-core processors for anything other than Auto-Cad... sorry.

Memory: The only difference i'd make here is to have all four dimms be from the same Manufacturer, but that's really just up to the individual. This topic could be endlessly debated, but that's "my" spin on it. PS: PC2-6400 is effectively 800 Mhz; again just depends who you ask, but most online retailers express the effective bandwidth as opposed to the actual, so most (or me at least) understand & think in terms of the effective rating.

Graphics: Well the indicated card model is great, and rather up to date, but that's all I can say really without knowing which Brand of Card to which the Processor Model is attached (i.e. Sapphire, Gigabyte, BFG... etc.) Personnally, i've had Nvidia before, and while it does perform beautifully, I'd much rather have a comparable ATI Graphics What-Ever and pay less for it. Again, just "my" opinion.

HDD: I hope the OS installation is on the SATA drive? Get rid of the IDE drive, like now. Same for the ODD, if it's IDE, get a SATA one asap.

ODD: As far as I can tell, your optical drive is IDE. Get a SATA one if you'd like to boost your system performance. An all-SATA system runs faster/smoother because it's not having to wait as long for the IDE stuff to catch-up to the relatively fast everything else in your system. IDE on your board is like Floppy on your board: it's there IF you WANT to use it, but technology is moving AWAY from both interfaces. (yeah, it bums me out too..)

Motherboard: This board looks to be a great stepping stone between the dual core and quad core platform. Having on-board graphics is great in the event the discreet graphics fail (which can happen with high power cards) and PCI-E 2.0 is the new norm.... As far as "Gaming" is concerned, "in my opinion" what this board "lacks" is:
--Two graphics slots & SLI (IF you DO want to go gaming-crazy, but it's not for everyone).
--Gigabit Ethernet: 10/100/1000 Ethernet, in the event your gaming involves other gamers (as is the emphasis with regards to MOST modern games and gaming franchises).

Power Supply: You don't "need" anything higher "right now" than what you've listed BECAUSE you're not running more than one graphics card.

Display: Perfect for the lone gamer.
