Can i put more ram in my gateway NV52 notebook?

My notebook has 4Gb and i would like to see if i could put in 8GB but i don't know where to get it and if it can support it. Crutial the memory website said it can support 8GB but it didn't have the required RAM and i rather not open it up. Thanks for and help.

ok if it has room there should be a pannel on the bottom of the notebook..if it has an empty slot you can but it there..if not then you would need to remove on and replace it..but make sure you have a ram card that will fit and work..and make sure that you take the battery out of it before you handle the internals
