Will Nvidia SLi Quad cable work with ATI cards?

Well i'm looking for a new motherboard on the internet and found one with what I will get SLI cable. But will it work with ATI too. I know that it probably won't work, but I want to be sure.

It definitely will NOT work. SLI and Crossfire are two completely different specs. Just get a Crossfire connector; they don't cost too much.
