Well, the good news is that Ethernet is basically plug-and-play, which is to say that you won't need any drivers to use the hub on its own, however, whether or not this set-up will work depends on how many IP Addresses your ISP is willing to let you have. Probably a better (certainly safer) option would be to spring for a $30 Broadband Router and use that instead. However, if your ISP is willing to let you have more than one IP address, all you should need to do to make this work would be to plug each computer and the DSL modem into the hub.
