im trying to find the proper term for something i would mount a wheel on?

okay, im trying to order wheels for a platform that will be rolling around a big old rotary valve,

those are the wheels im going to order, but as you can see theres nothing to mount them on included with the wheels. what is the proper term for whatever im going to use to attach the wheels to the platform?
i just drew a quick diagram of what im trying to ask, the things in red are the things that im going to be using to mount the wheels to the platform.

It looks like a type of trunnion, but also a castor. The mounting shaft is the axle.
You could make these up if you have the resources, or buy a castor with wheel as in the second link. A castor is usually on a swivel mount, but that doesn't have to be. They are usually rated by the weight to be supported. Must be a big valve! Your link calls them casters.
