ISP says everything is correct up to the router. Wired computer is fine on the Internet when wired to the router or connected directly to the modem. Two other computers worked perfectly on the wireless network until the new modem was installed and the "Wizard" automatically came up to perform the connection. It seems very unlikely that both computers would fail at that exact moment and that it must be a router problem. The exchange of numerous emails with the manufacturer has resulted in nothing. Oddly, my home page will come up on the wireless computers, but then I can't go to any other Internet address. If I try, I get an error message and the network indicates "Little or no connectivity".
