Difference between Intel Pentium Dual Core and Core Duo?

I want to ask you people what is the difference between Intel Pentium Dual Core and Core Duo.

Core Duo is Intel Pentium Dual Core.

Not exactly really, Core Duo is the old version of Intel Pentium Dual Core which did not contain 2 physical Cores, like today's Intel Pentium Dual Core.

But, the processor number is T2330 right ? If so, it is the new Intel Pentium Dual Core.

Anyway, it's a really good processor and works fast. Really worth the money and more.
I checked it, your laptop does have the T2330, the new Intel Pentium Dual Core.

And Niels is wrong. Core 2 Duo is te fastest Dual Core processor, but you won't see much diffrence between it and Intel Pentium Dual Core.
