Beep Tones, PC Works Fine I Think?

I've installed a new motherboard in my PC since the last one died on me. I've installed WinXP and everything seems to be working as it should with the exception of the beep codes. I'm getting 2 beeps (memory/parity issue) yet my PC reads my RAM at 2.0G, which is where it should be.

I would check to see you have everything connected in the right place. Also, if you unplug the temperature LCD (which is having an error anyways) will it still beep? It could be that in the wrong place. If that beeping still occurs, and nothing happens (bad), then you could possibly go into bios and tell it to not check, or not beep when you boot up.
