How can i check if i upgraded from Intel celeron to Intel Pentium 4 2.0?

Ok,
i downloded an install Intel Pentium 4 2.0 form the intel website but idk if it upgraded or what it did.
cuz i reserched and it said that i need to buy it so i dont know what to do so how do i check if i upgrade.

Intel Celeron / Pentium refers to a component of your PC; your processor. That's a physical part of your PC. Unless you physically opened your PC, and replaced the processor (a small square found on the motherboard) then you did not upgrade anything. If you downloaded chipset drivers from the intel website then I can't see any purpose whatsoever. It doesn't matter what software you're running from Intel (with the exception of graphics drivers, but we're not talking graphics).

Your processor will be listed simply in System Properties (Right click "My Computer" and go to "Properties").
