If I'm using wireless only, should I disable my ethernet network adapter?
My upstairs computer has a wireless card and I don't have the ability to use a "hard wired, ethernet connection" on that specific computer. Is there any advantage / disadvantage to me disabling the ethernet network adapter?
It shouldn't affect things either way. I would personally disable it just to get the icon out of the system tray.
And I suppose disabling it might save a tiny, negligible amount of system resources.
Just don't forget to enable it if ever you want to use it again :]
