yep, I have the exact same graphics cards with similar specs and I can run Crysis warhead with the settings at "gammer" level with the with the fps consistently at 30 or above. I can't really max it at the "enthusiast" mode (the highest one).

If I do the game struggles during the driving sequences and during high level of intensity (like when there are lots of enemies shooting at you and things exploding). Although I can max it during the ice levels. Either way it looks good- but crysis is a monster, so you know yours is a good system if you can simply run it. If you really wanted to max the setting, you may need to buy another HD4870 and run it in crossfire mode (make sure the motherboard and powersupply can handle it).
