There is a couple of things that I would check before sending it out for repairs.

Firstly I would say did you have this panel for a long time? Or did you upgrade to component cables?

If you had this panel for a while and it just started with this greenish picture, then yes I would say send it out for repairs.

But if you just upgraded the cables and added in new cables like the component cables, then I would say check your component plugs and see if they are correctly put in. I have seen cases where the Blue and Red wires are crosses and you do see a picture but the colours are not right. Also make sure that they are fully plugged in ... like for example if the red wire is not plugged in properly, you will notice there is no red colour.
