How can I use Yahoo/MSN Messenger, as I am sitting behind a Corporate Firewall,I have dialup connect thru RAS?

I am using this connection through a RAS, with 33.6 kbps modem connection, there are certain files for chatting which are blocked by my Network Administrator, I have also enabled HTTP thru Proxy connections but this is of no use, actually I am using a proxy address, where my account is authenticated by a username & password, then, I am connected to a Remote computer, there I am registered on a Corporate Network, but, this Computer does not allow me to use MSN/Yahoo Messenger, all the logs are created at this Remote computer, I do not have sufficient privileges to change settings on this computer, but, even meebo.com html chats couldn't help me.I can't approach my Network Administrator, please help, is there a Software Free of cost on the net for download which will bypass this & solve my problem.Even Google chat on gmail is disabled, please tell me how do I use it I am using Win XP, with 256 MB DDR SDRAM 400 MHz. Please provide me a solution which will not disturb my Desktop Security?
