That system is only 32bit vista, and will only see 3.25gigs of that ram, but it is better than the 2gigs you have. Reason I say this, is you will want to either give all the ram possible to the onboard graphics, or buy a better graphics card, which will free up to 512mb of your system ram...
That is a great buy for what it is by the way...
