Here are some more information for Cisco Router:

Cisco routers come in a variety of types. They have been providing communications for businesses using the Internet for many years. A router is responsible for switching a computer's incoming data to outgoing links using the most efficient method we have - the Internet. Buying a used Cisco router for this purpose is a smart business move and can save a company just starting out a lot of money.
When beginning your business it is imperative to find every conceivable method of saving money possible so the business has a chance to flourish. When buying a used Cisco router, this saves more than money; it will save time because you already know you are dealing with a company that stands behind their product. As such, you should have no concerns when it comes to determining quality.
The purchase of a used Cisco router will be a terrific investment. Companies are finding no matter how small or how large their organization is they can benefit from using these routers for the networking solution they need for their business.
The idea of buying a used Cisco router may not appeal to a lot of people. As soon as they hear the word 'used' they get that look - you know, the what do you mean used look? The truth is this is an option for saving money and when just starting out this is vital. The demand for used networking equipment is at an all time high due to the recession. When purchasing used products such as this, the savings can be from 50% to 70% over the cost of a new device. The annual market for used equipment in business is $2 billion.
There are many consumers who prefer products by Cisco since they know they are made from quality materials and they pass all the recognised industry control tests. The companies that deal in certified merchandise are the ones that should be used for purchasing a used Cisco router. Most of these companies will include a warranty with the item they sell, so check to make sure this is included with any item that you might choose to buy.
There are many advantages to buying a used Cisco router rather than a new one and probably the reason most people do so is because they get the same great efficiency they would have with a new router at a lower price. The routers are being used in classrooms, training labs, offices and as back-up for disasters. The comparison between new and used is going to allow businesses to stretch their operating budgets by going with the used router.
The companies that specifically provide Cisco routers and other equipment for businesses are typically Cisco Certified Refurbished Equipment suppliers. The equipment when purchased through this method has all been inspected and tested. The serial numbers are recorded and the business is provided with a warranty. Working just as well as a new model, the used router will allow the business to experience great savings, maximum performance and the latest in networking technology.

Selling Cisco Routers
Ebay has for a long time been the defacto choice for many IT Managerslooking to sell used, out of service or excess Cisco networking hardware. Ebay can produce a successful, fair-market return on your Cisco hardware, but sellers often make critical mistakes when listing their Cisco routers, switches and other products on Ebay.
Mistake #1 – Not Doing Your Homework! Most Ebay sellers do not adequately research the Cisco part numbers of the routers, switches, firewalls and other Cisco hardare they are selling. Make sure to accurately inventory your Cisco products and write down the exact Cisco SKU (Typically stickered on your router or switch), as well as the Cisco serial number. The better and more accurate your description, the more buyer’s will generally pay for your Cisco products.
Mistake #2 – LOusy Quality or “Stock” Photos – When listing a Cisco router, switch or firewall for sale on Ebay, take a bit more time to snap some well lit digital photos of each item. Whatever you do, don’t just grab a “stock photo” off the web, or worse yet, list your product for sale with no photos at all. Cisco buyers love to see actual photos of the item for sale.
Mistake #3 - Selling Cisco Products Untested or “As-Is” – Cisco buyers will often pay 20% more for a Cisco router or switch that is listed as “tested and guaranteed in working order”, versus an item that is sold “As-Is”.
Mistake #4 – Leaving Lots of Money on the Table – Cisco sellers on Ebay will often intentionally price their Cisco networking products at a very low “Buy It Now” price, in order to attract a quick buyer and turn around sale and payment quicker. In our experience, items sold on Ebay in a tradition, “auction” style format, produce a higher sale return than “Buy It Now” listed items.
Mistake #5 – Failure to Fully Inventory – Sellers of Cisco networking products on Ebay often fail to accurately and fully inventory/catalog their Cisco networking products. If you are listing a Cisco router for sale on Ebay, for example….take a moment to see if the router contains upgrades or interface modules that will increase the market value of the item if accurately accounted for.
CiscoBuy.com offers sellers of Cisco networking hardware an excellent alternative to Ebay. If you are selling Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Firewalls, and other Cisco hardware, visit us online at www.ciscobuy.com. We maintain a convenient product submission form for uploading your Cisco items for sale.

How do you make a Loopback port on a Cisco router?
I am trying to setup a virtual network with Packet Tracer ( a network simulator) and I want to know how to make a loopback port on the router. Also what kind of port is that?
The syntax that Funky gave you will work fine, you don't even need to "no shut" a Loopback interface, they just come up. As to what kind of interface it is - this is a logical interface that never (typically) goes down. Loopback interfaces are very critical to network design, since they can never go down, and they never change IP's, they are perfect candidates to consistently source packets from. The typical old-school example is when you are sending SNMP informatio. By default, you always source from the interface closest to the destination (the exiting interface on the router towards the final destination of the packet). If you have two WAN circuits however, or many WAN circuits, you might want a more consistent source address (you may for example want to lock down you Network Management to only except traps from specific hosts). This can be done by sourcing from a loopback. Same is true for router-id in a routing protocol, etc.
The are tremendously useful resource. Hope this helps to some degree!
