You are within spec's but barely. How valuable is the equipment for whatever mission you are on? Do you have backup? Is there some reason that you can not cool it? The only time I have seen things like this has been in Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries where there is very little cooling. In that case, we have many fans just moving the air to give it that fake cooling.
