uh this question is not very well phrased, in fact very badly.
both types of cell wall are targets of beta-lactams, while penicillin itself does not work well against gram-negatives because of the outer membrane.
Both Gram+ and Gram- can be resistant against many types of antibiotics, but antibiotics are not all directed against the cell wall.
