Another great place to shop for Case Psu products is Amazon. They have more than just books! Here are some more information for Case Psu: In Win is no stranger to making a computer case based on a certain theme. The last ATX computer case they did produce was their homage to the Ferrari 430. They have now produced their new addition to the extreme ATX computer case series which is based on the B2 Stealth bomber. I will examine the features and specifications of the ATX computer case next. I will start with the features: it has an auto-Sensing front door which is fighter Jet-Like, it has got also W-Shaped Side Intakes that are inspired by B2 Bomber, it has a Dual Fan VGA Turbo Cooling System, it has a Patented Shock-Free Railing System, it has a Vibration-Free Fan Holder, and it has a Tool-Free Mechanical Design. The ATX computer case has got the following specifications: its case size is Mid Tower, the main materials used are plastic panels and SECC Steel, the drive bays are as follows: External 5.25" x 4 3.5" x 2 Internal 3.5" x 5, the mother board is mATX /ATX, the PSU type is ATX 12V PS2 Size, the I/O Slots are PCI/AGP Slots?7 With the first look of the ATX computer case, one can tell without a doubt it is military inspired. It has got a nice image of the case having an image of a jet cockpit behind it. Its painting also just screams military. The pin striping around the edges of the external bay doors does remind anybody of the features he would see on cockpits. Looking closer to the front edge of the case one can see how the designers blended style with function. The rescue arrow points to the manual release do toggle. This toggle does allow the end user to gain access to the external drive bays when the case has no power. Continuing around to the back one can see it is much a standard layout. At the top close to where the power supply will be there exist two grommets which are for an external water cooler; that is if one should ever be used. This makes for a cleaner installation as many external kits do go through the PCI slots. Now, going back around to the front of the ATX computer case one can have a look at the auto bay door. The bay door will open on its own when one touches a button. With the system powered up and the door open one can see the power LED. The company did pull off a two for one with the power LED. It also does light up the front of the drive bays, and it does a good job of it. Read more about author in: Most people think that building a computer is something that only computer experts can do. However, it is really not so difficult and almost anyone with basic technical knowledge can do it. The reason being that PCs come in modular designs, meaning that they all work in pretty much the same, and that putting one together is, more often than not, just a simple assembly process. The first step to building a computer is to purchase the major components. You will need a stand (case), motherboard, processor (CPU), memory and power supply unit (PSU). Since the CPU is the heart of any computer, it is probably a good place to start. Once it has been selected, purchase the motherboard. You need to be careful in your purchasing decisions of these two parts, as not all CPUs are compatible with all motherboards. Memory compatibility with the motherboard can also be an issue, so that should probably be the third component that you buy. The next major components to buy are the computer case and the PSU. These are often sold as a pre-assembled unit, but buying them separately is an option to consider. The PSU is very easy to install and purchasing it separately may open more possibilities to get a better unit. Once you have all of major components that make up a PC, the next step is to choose and add in other components, such as the hard drive, monitor and speakers. These are manufactured to work on pretty much any PC, so compatibility is not an issue, and you can make your purchasing decisions based purely on preference and budget. Having bought all of the required components, you will then need to piece them together. This is what worries most people, but those concerns are unfounded. Firstly, there will always be easy to follow instructions to accompany every component that you buy. Secondly, there is no soldering or special tools required, as everything simply slots / screws together. Computer fans won't spin, CPU, Case, and PSU fans? Hello, I have an old P3 Compaq DeskPro EN. The old power supply went bad (1 red flash every 2 seconds - Power Supply Crow Bar) so I ordered a used one off eBay. So, I take out the old and put in the new. It will turn on and boot into Windows and all with just one problem - the CPU, Case, and PSU fans will not turn on and spin. I am afraid that the CPU will get too hot, so I don't leave it on too long at all. Did I buy a bad PSU? Anyway to troubleshoot this? I get no errors at all at POST. Thanks, Specs: I will revise if you need more info.
Verify whether you have connected the power supply to the motherboard... look at the motherboard and verify if it has more than one connection for power. Most motherboard have 2 connectors that need power. Since you have not replaced the motherboard, I would expect that you still have the cpu heatsink fan still connected to the 'fan power connector'. It is not unusual for a motherboard to go bad when the power supply dies. If you can get your hands on another power supply, at least the same watts or more, connect it up to your computer and see if the fans start working. It need not be pretty, I often test power supplies with them nearly hanging out of the case. By the way... some things on eBay are pure junk. Hope this helps.
