XBOX 360 Wireless Network Adapter - Learn How to Get Online Without One!
When you play your XBOX 360, you would sometimes want to play multiplayer games. The XBOX 360 can handle wireless connections of many XBOX 360 controllers. But if you don't have someone to play with, you can connect to the XBOX Live using the XBOX 360 Wireless Network Adapter.
The XBOX 360 Wireless Network Adapter is a device that can be attached on the XBOX 360 to connect to the internet wirelessly. The XBOX Live requires an internet connection before you can play on it. The XBOX Live lets you play with other players from around the world as long as you are connected to the internet and the XBOX 360 Wireless Network Adapter is what you need - NOT! The XBOX 360 Wireless Network Adapter might be useful, but it has two major drawbacks. The first drawback is that it is expensive. If you can't afford it, you won't be able to play on XBOX live. The second drawback is that it needs to find an active wireless connection. If you don't have a wireless connection, then you'll have to set up one yourself using a wireless router, which is another expense. If you do not want to spend that much but still would want to enjoy online multiplayer gaming with the XBOX Live, then you need to connect on a wired connection. Once you've learned how to connect to a wired connection, the XBOX 360 Wireless Network Adapter would be rendered useless. Here are the steps on connecting to XBOX Live on a wired connection:
If you are going to connect your XBOX 360 online from the same room as your network modem is, then do the following steps:
1. Check if your computer is directly connected to the modem. If the modem is already connected to a router, then go to step 4. If it is directly connected to the computer, then unplug the network cable on the computer and plug it on the WAN port of the router.
2. Connect the computer on the router with the use of another network cable.
3. Check the connection by turning on the modem and router. The WAN light should turn green to show a successful connection.
4. Connect your router to the XBOX 360 with the use of a network cable. The network cable should be connected to the XBOX 360's I/O port.
5. Turn on your XBOX 360 and enjoy the XBOX Live
If you are going to connect your XBOX 360 online from a different room from your modem, then buy a wall-plugged network extender kit and do the following steps:
1. Check if your computer is directly connected to the modem. If the modem connects to the router, then go to step 4. If the modem is connected to the computer, unplug the network cable on the computer and connect it to the WAN port of the router.
2. Connect your computer to the router with the use of a network cable.
3. Check the connections by turning on the modem and router. A green WAN light would show a successful connection.
4. Get one wall-plugged network extender and connect it to the router with a network cable. Plug it afterwards
5. Go to the room with the XBOX 360 and connect the XBOX 360 to the second wall-plugged network extender using a network cable. The network cable should be connected to the I/O port of your XBOX 360. Plug the wall-plugged network extender afterwards.
6. Turn on the XBOX 360 and enjoy the XBOX Live.

How could I connect two wireless network adapter without a router.?
I have ordered router but it is going to take time,
I want to setup some thing like DHCP server on main computer wireless adapter and client on 2 other laptops.
It actually is fairly easy to do. Since you didn't say which os I will supply a link to the how to for Vista and XP but they both are very similar. This is called an Ad-Hoc network - so if you don't want to trust the links just go to Microsoft.com and search for How to Setup an Ad-Hoc Network.
Here is the Vista Link
https://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/293c504f-b944-4d5d-835c-f080129bd5dc1033.mspx
Notice that Vista will drop the network on shutdown unless you specifically tell it to keep the network. (Or just keep a machine running and connected all the time)
Here is the XP Link
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/networking/setup/adhoc.mspx
All machines will have to have wireless adapters for this to work!
