Do I need an adapter kit to install a double din head unit in my 99 Buick century? Or will the aftermarket?

It has the double din unit from the factory in it. I want to know if i buy an aftermarket DD head unit (specifically http://www.technooutlet.com/tbal2592.html?utm_source=shopping4&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=TBAL2592&srccode=cii_13736960&cpncode=23-16582075-2 this one) will I need to buy some special adapter kit to make it fit in the factory brackets. Yes, the DD adaptor isn't used to make the stereo fit the hole, it actually has brackets that fasten the head unit to the mounts inside the dash.
